Breakdown of Each Ingredient

L-Citrulline: 10g will maximize your pump

  • 10g of Pure L-Citrulline have been shown to maximize nitric oxide production and endurance benefits. (bailey et al. 2015)
  • Studies suggest higher doses up to 10 g are safe (even up to 15g are seen as safe) and may increase plasma arginine and NO further when compared to 6-8g. (C. Moinard et al. 2007)

Creatine Monohydrate: Standard 5g dose

  • Maintains muscle creatine saturation, improving strength, power and recovery. (Kreider et al., 2017; Branch, 2003).
  • Standard dose recommended by most
    creatine research, considered safe and effective with no known downsides.

***Hair loss was proven to not be caused by creatine in a recent study***

Betaine Anhydrous: 3g to maximize performance.

  • 2.5g to 3g daily have shown to improve muscle endurance, increase power output and enhance body composition over time. (Cholewa et al. (2013) and Trexler et al. (2018))
  • 3 g is at the upper end of doses studied, providing maximal benefit without adverse effects.

Malic Acid: 3g to maximized performance and minimize side effects

  • Usually combined with L-citrulline to make Citrulline Malate at a 2:1 ratio, however, 5g of Malic Acid was too much, so we separated them and dosed Malic Acid at 3g
  • 3g seems to be a sweet spot to maximize the effects without any downsides.
  • When combined L-Citrulline to contribute to energy metabolism and fatigue reduction. (Baráth et al. 2024)
  • Improvements to better ammonia clearance and enhanced mitochondrial energy production. (Wu et al. (2007))
  • Increased mitochondrial enzyme activity, elevated antioxidant capacity and reduced exercise-induced oxidative stress. Although this was in combination with other Krebs cycle intermediates it shows a role in supporting recovery and fatigue reduction. (Li et al. (2016))

L-Tyrosine: 2g to Maximize Focus/Cognitive Performance

  • Doses from 500 mg to 2 g have been shown to improve cognitive performance, working memory, and reduce stress effects during intense exercise or fatigue (Deijen et al., 1999; Neri et al., 1995).
  • 2 g is the upper end of effective dosing, with benefits plateauing beyond this point.

Alpha GPC: 250mg of active Alpha GPC to maximize velocity and mechanical power

  • Although some studies use 300–600 mg (Zhao et al., 2019), doses as low as 250 mg have been shown to increase plasma choline and support cognitive function (Bellar et al., 2015).
  • We chose this dose because it was shown to maximize velocity and mechanical power, while keeping in mind that we also had other Nootropics in the stack, as a stand alone, we would go higher to crank out more benefits, but this is the sweet spot when paired with other ingredients in the stack.

Huperzine A: 400mcg for Laser-Sharp Focus That Lasts
