Where to start… I have been taking preworkout for two decades now. I have tried so many over the years. Let me tell you this. Flavors: 10/10. All of them. I hate peach and mango. The peach and mango flavor was delicious. If I had to pick a personal favorite, it would be Tigers Blood for me. Effects: fantastic. I actually do not enjoy beta alanine itches and this preworkout has none. Perfect dose of caffeine. And when I say veins for days, I mean it! It’s a preworkout that makes you feel great and not sick or cracked out!!!! Get this now!

I’ve been using pre-workouts for over 20 years, and while Ryse Godzilla gets the job done, it just doesn’t compare to the pumps and sustained energy I experienced with Essence of Hormes. The flavor is excellent, and what really stood out was how long the energy and focus lasted—it kept me pushing through my workouts well after other pre-workouts would have worn off. The workouts felt more intense, focused, and energized overall. Personally, I’d love to see beta-alanine included, but that’s just my own preference. After trying the samples, I didn’t hesitate to pick up my first tub, and I’m excited for many more great workouts with Essence of Hormes.

This pre-workout is awesome. The pump is crazy and my energy level is steady throughout the whole workout. Also, I'm not tired after I get done working out and still have plenty of energy to do other stuff.
